Hello, I’m Marc Hildebrand. I am a Police Officer from Southern California.  I serve First Responders who struggle to get and stay healthy, as well as those who struggle with having too much month at the end of the money.

I show them how to fit healthy eating and exercise into our unpredictable careers, then show them how to pay that knowledge forward to their friends, family and partners.

After losing 100 pounds working as a police officer, I have created a system based off the program that forever changed my life.

I now coach First Responders and help keep them motivated and accountable. I also train hundreds of coaches to do the same.

And when I’m not teaching First Responders how to attain long-term sustainable results and mentoring coaches to ease them from their financial burden, I can be found enjoying a day at the park with my wife, 8-year old boy and 7- year old daughter.

I’m currently a Sergeant working in Los Angeles.

I used to be a heavy online gamer, which is probably why I had let myself get to 267 pounds. I would stay up sometimes 24 hours to be able get to the “Next level” by taking no-doze.

I’m really an introvert, despite the fact that I have videos plastered all over this site. I prefer spending time at home with my family, rather than going out to do anything.

I absolutely HATE seafood.
