If you’ve ever had trouble finding time to do what you know is important, and you’re a First Responder who doesn’t think it’s possible to have that “Balance” because of our career, I’ve got a resource for you to put an end to that.
It’s still going to be tough, because you’re actually going to have to make time to check out the video below and implement the ideas I have around this, but I can tell you it’s 100% possible IF you make that time.
Who am I?
I’m a full time Police Officer, I am a father of two small kids, a husband, a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, and I own my own business.
If I didn’t have my time under control, I wouldn’t be able to do all that.
I’m not telling you this to toot my own horn, I’m telling you this because I want you to take the video below SERIOUSLY.
It can change your life, you just have to let it.
Before you click play on that video, you need to print out the below two PDFs, which will be used during the training.
I’m not just going to tell you what to do, I want you to do it along with me.
So make sure you eliminate all the distractions, print out those PDFs, and then click play.
Side note, you probably want to show your significant other this video too, you need to both be on the same page, which is why my wife will also be joining us in the below video.
Once downloaded, learn how to manage your time and prevent overwhelm by watching the video below.
If, after watching the video you’d like some help with implementing a solid fitness/nutrition program that can fit into your schedule, because you don’t’ have 2 hours a day to be in the gym, check out a free fitness webinar that have created for you HERE.
Above all, stay safe.
Talk to you soon.
